Q. I purchased the wrong item.
A. Basically, once an order has been purchased it cannot be changed, and we do not allow returns for reasons of customer convenience.
However, size changes are free of charge up to one time. (Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Size changes are only available if the item is in stock.)

Please be careful when placing your order.

However, if you cancel before the item has been shipped from the warehouse, we may be able to visit you, so please immediately contact us by email using the inquiry form to inform us of the cancellation.
If shipping arrangements have already been made, we will cancel the order if you are willing to accept a refund after deducting the cancellation fee (216 yen), actual shipping fee (varies depending on the region), and bank transfer fee (216 yen) from the product price.

Please note that for made-to-order products, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Q: I haven't received my purchased item.
A. If you have any questions about the product or would like to check the delivery status, please contact us directly via the inquiry form on the store page.

*You can also check the delivery status by entering your parcel number on the parcel tracking site of each delivery company.

Q. I ordered multiple items and want to cancel only one of them.
A: I'm sorry.
Currently, the system does not allow you to cancel just one item. Please cancel your entire order and then place a new order yourself.
In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Cancellation is not possible after the product has been shipped.
