Q: I haven't received an email after purchasing.
A: There are three possible causes for this:
① There was an error in the email address you entered.
②The automatic reply email was rejected due to the recipient's email settings.
3) It may have been sorted into the spam or advertising mailbox.
Q. I purchased the wrong item.
A. Basically, once an order has been purchased it cannot be changed, and we do not allow returns for reasons of customer convenience.
However, size changes are free of charge up to one time. (Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Size changes are only available if the item is in stock.)
Please be careful when placing your order.
However, if you cancel before the item has been shipped from the warehouse, we may be able to visit you, so please immediately contact us by email using the inquiry form to inform us of the cancellation.
If shipping arrangements have already been made, we will cancel the order if you are willing to accept a refund after deducting the cancellation fee (216 yen), actual shipping fee (varies depending on the region), and bank transfer fee (216 yen) from the product price.
Please note that for made-to-order products, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Q: I haven't received my purchased item.
A. If you have any questions about our products or would like to check the shipping status, please contact us directly using the "Inquiry Form" link in the body of your order confirmation email, or by clicking on "Inquiries" at the bottom of the store page.
*You can also check the delivery status by entering your parcel number on the parcel tracking site of each delivery company.
Q. I ordered multiple items and want to cancel only one of them.
A: Please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please note that cancellations are not possible after the product has been shipped.
Q. I haven't received the payment confirmation email.
A: I'm sorry.
Due to the system, you will only receive an automated email confirming your order and an email confirming shipment.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipping and you will be notified by email when shipping is complete.
