This is the long-sleeved version, and the long sleeves are made only of non-brushed rash guard fabric. The sleeves make it easier to slip on and off the wetsuit than bare skin. However, the sleeves also mean a slightly increased feeling of pressure. Some people have said that it's difficult to move, but once you get used to it, it's not that difficult to move. Compared to a sleeveless version, it's easier to move your arms around.
