This is the long-sleeved version, and the long sleeves are made only of non-brushed rash guard fabric. The sleeves make it easier to slip on and off the wetsuit than bare skin. However, the sleeves also mean a slightly increased feeling of pressure. Some people have said that it's difficult to move, but once you get used to it, it's not that difficult to move. Compared to a sleeveless version, it's easier to move your arms around. Also, in terms of warmth, the sleeveless version feels warm all the way up to your shoulders, because there is no sleeve seam, and the brushed part reaches up to your shoulders.
